Our plant is located in Songjiang District, Shanghai, close to Shanghai port and Pudong International Airport, which keeps export logistics short and predictable for both full-container and LCL orders.
Core production flow: rubber compound mixing → metal insert stamping and white galvanising → degreasing and primer application → compression / injection moulding with vulcanized bonding → trimming and de-flashing → assembly (bolts, washers, base plates) → 100% dimensional and visual inspection → carton and pallet packing.
Capacity: supply ability of up to 1,000,000 pcs per year on mainstream rubber isolator mounts, rubber shock absorbers and rubber expansion joint series, with stable output for repeat OEM programmes.
Process control: incoming material verification (rubber hardness, specific gravity, metal thickness), in-process first-article approval and patrol inspection, and final batch testing including hardness check, adhesion pull test, load-deflection measurement and salt spray verification. Metal plating meets a 96-hour salt spray requirement against a 48-hour industry standard; screw strength is grade 8.8 as standard.
Quality documentation: RoHS material declarations, dimensional reports and batch traceability are available with every shipment; inspection records are kept for repeat orders so a second order performs exactly like the first.

OEM service scope
- 3D drawing (STEP / IGES) intake: our engineers and production team evaluate the design and return a precise cost breakdown.
- No 3D drawing? Send a 2D drawing or a detailed sketch with full dimensions — we draft the 3D model for you at a fair charge.
- Physical sample reverse engineering: send the sample by express, we evaluate it, scan the features and draft a 3D drawing for production.
- Custom logo on the product surface, colour box, polybag and carton; assembly service for OEM kits is also available.
ODM service scope
- Application-based development: tell us the equipment, static load, vibration frequency and mounting space, and we propose the anti vibration mount structure, rubber compound and hardness.
- In-house mould design and tooling for new rubber-to-metal bonded parts, with sample lead time of 7–15 days for custom items.
- Material options: natural rubber (NR), EPDM, NBR, neoprene (CR), SBR and silicone, hardness 40–80 Shore A, with oil and weather resistant grades available.
Commercial terms: MOQ from 100 pcs (standard items), free samples for stock products with freight collect (3–10 days), quotation within 24 hours, payment by T/T, PayPal or Western Union, standard delivery 5–8 working days.

Engineering team — mechanical structure engineers and rubber formulation engineers work together on every custom vibration isolator project, so structure, compound and hardness are optimised as one system instead of being guessed separately.
