Quality Management System
Our manufacturing and management follow the ISO 9001 quality management system [please confirm the certificate name, number and validity]. Raw material sourcing, production and final inspection are all carried out under standardized control.
Raw Material Control
We select premium natural rubber (NR) and galvanized stainless-steel inserts. All incoming materials undergo 100% inspection to ensure the rubber grade, hardness and metal strength meet our standards.
Production Process Control
Using proven tooling and vulcanization technology, we closely monitor compound formulation, curing temperature/time and the rubber-to-metal bonding process to guarantee product consistency.
Finished Product Testing
• Hardness: 50–60 Shore A
• Bonding strength: rubber-to-metal peel strength test
• Oil & weather resistance: stability tested from -40°C to 120°C
• Load & fatigue testing: static load up to 1,100 kg with stable long-term performance
• Full dimensional and visual inspection
• Products comply with RoHS requirements [add REACH / CE / third-party SGS or BV reports if available]
