Anti Vibration Mounts, also known as Rubber Mounts, are used to reduce vibration in industrial machinery and vehicles. They are integral components used within a wide range of industrial applications to reduce vibration, increase machinery lifespan, protect surrounding structures, and improve operator comfort.
- Elastic element rubber with metal parts made of white galvanized steel sheet UNI-ISO2081
- Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 80℃

Shanghai Songjiang Jiufu Shock Absorber Co., Ltd. has been moulding VE type rubber mounts at its Songjiang District, Shanghai works since 2003. What sets the operation apart is depth of scope on a single product family: compound design, metal insert preparation, bonding, vulcanisation and final inspection are all carried out by the same team of fifty to a hundred people.
That matters for a mount whose selling point is oil and weather resistance combined with 60 Shore A hardness. Those properties are decided long before the mould closes, at the mixing bench, and holding them steady order after order is what keeps roughly half of the factory's output heading to overseas customers.
More than twenty years of continuous production have gone into the current process sheets, and the plant still runs the whole chain itself: compounding, stamping, bonding, assembly and inspection. Rated loads across the range run from 10 kg to 1,100 kg with rubber diameters of 8 mm to 150 mm, so a VE mount can be positioned correctly for the machine mass instead of being over- or under-specified.

Production is governed by an ISO 9001 certified quality system that covers incoming inspection right through to final release. Compounds meet RoHS and REACH requirements and declarations are provided on request; independent lab reports are possible for project volumes. The in-house bench runs hardness, deflection, oil resistance and ageing checks so drift is caught during production, not after arrival.
Twenty years of moulding one product family - drawings, hardness changes and private label packaging all welcome.
