A spring vibration isolator is only half a rubber job, which is why the JA unit on this page is built at a plant that handles both materials. Shanghai Songjiang Jiufu Shock Absorber Co., Ltd. started in 2003 in Songjiang District, Shanghai and now runs steel fabrication, spring assembly, rubber moulding and bonding in one facility with fifty to a hundred staff.
Steel construction with oil and weather resistance in the same product means the load path from spring to base plate to rubber pad has to be consistent. Dealing with all three in house shortens the loop between a customer's load table and the finished isolator, and it is how roughly forty to fifty percent of production ends up in export crates.
The spring isolator family - including JB and JD spring vibration isolators and damped spring hangers - sits alongside the rubber ranges, so a project mixing steel springs and rubber pads can be sourced in one order. Around 40 to 50 percent of production is exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Custom builds from 3D drawings, 2D drawings or physical samples are routine.

Rubber and coating materials are supplied to RoHS and REACH requirements with declarations available, and third-party inspection or laboratory reports can be arranged for larger contracts. Hardness, load-deflection, oil resistance and heat ageing are checked internally as routine production controls.
