Bell Shaped Rubber Shock Absorber for Engine/Generator/Compressor. JNHQ shock absorbers achieve high-degree shock absorption in both axial and lateral pressure applications, particularly in generators, engines, and systems. The shock absorption effect is excellent, with an application range of approximately 25Hz (1,500rpm).

Rubber mounts are available in various sizes and styles to suit both heavy-duty machinery and lighter weight precision applications. Different machine foot designs can be offered, with or without rebound control, and with various fitment/installation configurations. Some machine feet offer different stiffness characteristics in the three main loading directions, allowing high flexibility to ensure good vibration isolation while minimizing movement in other planes.

Shanghai Songjiang Jiufu Shock Absorber Co., Ltd. has run its Songjiang District, Shanghai plant since 2003, producing bell shaped rubber dampers and the wider family of bonded anti-vibration mounts. Fifty to a hundred employees cover the full chain: mixing, insert preparation, moulding, curing, trimming and inspection.
For air compressor damping the aim is to cut transmitted vibration and noise without letting the machine wander on its feet. That balance is struck through compound selection and geometry, both settled here rather than purchased as finished goods, and it is the reason buyers in export markets account for roughly forty to fifty percent of annual output of one to ten million US dollars.
No reclaimed rubber is used in any compound; materials are RoHS compliant. Metal parts are white galvanised or plated to survive a 96 hour salt spray test, and the adhesive bond between rubber and metal is engineered to 40 kg/cm2. For a bell shaped damper working under a compressor, those figures describe how long the part stays quiet rather than merely how it looks on arrival.

Production runs under an ISO 9001 certified quality system. Rubber materials comply with RoHS and REACH and the associated declarations ship on request. For buyers who need external proof, accredited laboratory testing can be arranged. In-house checks cover hardness, load deflection, oil resistance and heat ageing on each production batch.
Different bell diameters, thread sizes and hardness grades can be produced to drawing - the tooling shop is in house.
Certificate numbers on these scans can be checked against the issuing body's register. They cover quality, environment and safety management plus RoHS conformity of the rubber joint range.
