Flange type stainless steel flexible metal hose is a high-quality component in modern industrial pipelines. The inner tube features spiral or annular thin-wall stainless steel bellows, while the outer braid mesh is constructed from stainless steel wire and steel strip according to precise parameters.
The hose ends are equipped with joints or flanges that match customer pipe connections. With tightly spaced corrugations and standardized weight specifications, these hoses offer extended service life. Manufactured from premium 304 steel strip, they provide excellent fatigue resistance, high temperature tolerance, aging resistance, rust prevention, superior sealing, stress absorption, and enhanced safety.

Capable of withstanding the effects of all acids, bases, strong oxidants, reducing agents, and various organic solvents, except for molten alkali metals, fluorinated media, and sodium hydroxide above 300°C.
