This vertical compression mount high load capacity silent block is engineered for industrial pump bases, where a heavy pump must stay level and aligned while its rotation is isolated from the floor and pipework. The vertical compression silent block carries the pump weight straight down through a natural rubber body, providing stable vertical support that will not drift under load. As a result, the industrial pump base isolator steadies the pump, protects the coupling, and reduces the vibration that travels into suction and discharge pipework.
The rubber is set at 60 Shore A hardness, so the high load capacity silent block supports heavy pumps without flattening, while still deflecting enough to isolate running vibration.
