This noise reduction rubber shock mount is moulded at Shanghai Songjiang Jiufu Shock Absorber Co., Ltd., a factory that has occupied the same corner of Songjiang District, Shanghai since 2003. Between fifty and a hundred employees work there, split across mixing, moulding, metal treatment, finishing and inspection.

Because the plant mixes its own rubber, a compound can be balanced for both noise damping and load bearing rather than simply matched to a hardness number.
