The JS spring shock absorber is a device designed to suppress the shock and impact transmitted from the road surface when a spring rebounds after absorbing vibration. It operates on the hydraulic shock absorber principle: converting the reciprocating relative motion of the frame and axle into reciprocating oil movement within the cylinder. Damping force is generated through oil friction, converting vibration energy into heat energy, thereby reducing the impact of vibration on ride comfort and handling stability.
The JS spring shock absorber typically uses multiple combined springs as the main body, configured with steel plates and rubber pads on the upper and lower sections. It leverages the low frequency of the steel spring and the damping properties of the rubber to eliminate high-frequency transmission, achieving effective shock absorption and noise reduction. The table type shock absorber is composed of multiple combined springs as the main body, equipped with steel plates and non-slip rubber pads on the upper and lower sections. The product makes full use of the low frequency of the integrated steel spring and the damping characteristics of rubber damping, which can eliminate high-frequency transmission, achieve obvious shock and noise reduction effects, and solve the difficulty of damping mechanical equipment with an uneven center of gravity.
