The JD Spring Vibration Isolator is engineered for HVAC air conditioners, fans, pumps, and diesel engine-driven equipment. When rotating machinery must run smoothly and quietly, this unit decouples the equipment from the building structure using a low-frequency spring system. This design cuts structure-borne noise and protects bearings over a long service life, with a standard load deflection of 25 mm.
A symmetrical cradle distributes weight uniformly, minimising wear on both the isolator and the mounting frame.
Tuned to sit below the running speed of the equipment, the spring avoids the amplification zone entirely, keeping vibration transmission to a minimum.
ED baking paint and a nitrile-rubber base resist corrosion and withstand harsh shop-floor conditions.
Suitable for use with fans, pumps, generating sets, and process equipment across a wide range of sizes.
