The DIN Standard PN16 EPDM Flexible Joint is a high-performance rubber expansion joint designed for demanding industrial piping systems. Available with carbon steel, SS304, or SS316 flanges, this flexible bellow connector effectively isolates vibration, absorbs noise, and compensates for pipe movement in pipelines that are not perfectly aligned.
The flexible core is constructed from an inner and outer rubber skin, reinforced with nylon cord plies and a steel ring, all vulcanised together to form a durable, resilient unit. Commonly referred to as single-ball rubber joints or flexible connectors, these components take full advantage of rubber's elasticity and resistance to media, weather, and ageing, ensuring reliable performance in tough service conditions.
