An adjustable spring mount engineered to control vibration in industrial plant and equipment installations.
Upper equipment bolts and lower floor bolts make the JB adjustable low-frequency spring shock absorber easy to apply across a wide range of installations.
- Aluminum and Steel Construction: Tough materials provide dependable durability for heavy loads.
- Heat Treated Springs: Heat-treated springs deliver stronger damping and a longer service life.
- Height Adjustment Bolts: Height bolts allow precise levelling for correct installation.
- Lateral Rubber Damping: Lateral rubber damping raises vertical and horizontal stiffness for added safety.
Reinforced nylon or spheroidal cast iron bodies are offered, balancing strength, weight and load capacity to suit the application.
Screw fixings at both ends and height-adjustment nuts up top provide flexible installation.
With rubber damping on both ends, the vertical damping coefficient rises while longitudinal and lateral stiffness improve.
Springs undergo heat treatment, ED anti-rust coating and baking for better damping and longer life.
- Load Deflection: With 25 mm or 40 mm travel, structural vibration is eliminated effectively.
- Corrosion Resistance: Anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance are improved by ED and baking treatment.
- Special Rubber Pressure Pads: Rubber pads top and bottom increase friction and stability.
