A floor-mounted isolator that keeps industrial machinery quiet and steady.
Featuring fixing bolts at the top for the machine and at the base for the floor, the JB adjustable low-frequency mount adapts to most plant layouts.
- Aluminum and Steel Construction: Strong materials keep the mount durable under heavy-duty use.
- Heat Treated Springs: Heat treatment boosts damping and lengthens service life.
- Height Adjustment Bolts: Fine height adjustment gives accurate levelling and alignment.
- Lateral Rubber Damping: Higher vertical and lateral stiffness improves stability and safety.
Choose a reinforced nylon or spheroidal cast-iron body: nylon for strength and low weight, cast iron for demanding loads.
Upper and lower screw fixings with height-adjustment nuts at the top of the spring give flexible mounting.
Rubber damping at both ends lifts the vertical damping coefficient and sharpens longitudinal and lateral stiffness.
Heat treatment, ED anti-rust and baking paint improve damping and durability.
- Load Deflection: A 25 mm or 40 mm deflection removes machinery vibration effectively.
- Corrosion Resistance: ED coating and baking paint boost oxidation and corrosion resistance.
- Special Rubber Pressure Pads: End rubber pads increase friction and keep equipment steady.
