Keeping industrial machinery quiet and steady, the JB Spring Vibration Isolator is a floor-mounted solution. With fixing bolts at the top for the machine and at the base for the floor, this adjustable low-frequency mount adapts easily to most plant layouts.
- Aluminum and Steel Construction:Reliable heavy-duty durability is provided by strong materials.
- Heat Treated Springs:Service life is extended and damping improved by heat treatment.
- Height Adjustment Bolts:Accurate levelling and alignment come from fine height adjustment.
- Lateral Rubber Damping:Stability and safety benefit from higher vertical and lateral stiffness.
Nylon reinforced body for strength with low weight, or spheroidal cast iron for demanding loads.
Flexible mounting is achieved with upper and lower screw fixings and height-adjustment nuts at the top of the spring.
End rubber damping raises the vertical damping coefficient and sharpens longitudinal and lateral stiffness.
Heat treatment, ED anti-rust and baking paint enhance damping and durability.
- Load Deflection:With 25 mm or 40 mm deflection, machinery vibration is effectively removed.
- Corrosion Resistance:The ED coating and baking paint improve oxidation and corrosion resistance.
- Special Rubber Pressure Pads:End rubber pads raise friction and keep equipment steady.
