M6 M8 M12 Rubber Vibration Isolator and Rubber Mount with IRHD Hardness and Moulded Rubber for Industrial Use
The VE Rubber Mount Shock Absorber reduces vibration, noise and mechanical wear across a broad range of industrial equipment. Fitting is simple: bolt the mount to the base, level the machine and tighten, with no specialist tooling required. The resilient element absorbs shock at start-up and shut-down as well as steady-state vibration, extending equipment life. Typical duties include fans, pumps, motors, inverters and compressors in industrial and vehicle applications.
Key Features
- Bonded to white galvanised steel parts to UNI-ISO 2081, the elastic element is natural rubber.
- Performance spans a wide -40°C to +80°C range, from cold stores to warm plant rooms.
- Machinery running above 1200 rpm is its ideal duty, where simple pads lose effectiveness.
- With a rubber-to-metal bond of about 40 kg per square centimetre, the element stays firmly attached under load.
- Throughout, natural rubber (NR) is used – environmentally friendly, ROHS compliant and free of reclaimed material.
- Secure, repeatable fixing comes from high-strength grade 8.8 screws.
- The plated finish survives a 96-hour salt-spray test, double the 48-hour industry standard.
- Ageing, heat, tensile stress and wear are all resisted by the compound, giving a long working life.
- Manufactured on imported equipment with disciplined process control and strict quality inspection.
