Installation and Selection Guidance
Fitting this male-female VD mount is a matter of threading it into the base and bolting the machine down, but the result depends on how well the rating matches the duty. Too stiff a rubber and the mount barely deflects; too soft and the machine settles onto its stops.
Where several mounts share the load, keep them identical so each carries a similar share; mixing ratings can tilt the equipment and shorten the life of the rubber. Levelling after tightening is the step that most affects performance.
