The VD Rubber Mount is engineered for effective shock absorption and vibration control. The compound is selected for ageing, heat, oil and wear resistance, ensuring stable performance across a long service life. Both the rubber and metal components are corrosion-protected, making the mount suitable for humid and mildly aggressive environments. Mounts are available in a wide range of thread sizes and load ratings, from small fan feet to heavier machine supports.
- The elastic element is natural rubber bonded to white galvanised steel parts made to UNI-ISO 2081.
- Operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, covering cold stores and warm plant rooms alike.
- Suited to machinery running above 1200 rpm, where simple pads lose effectiveness.
- The rubber-to-metal bond reaches approximately 40 kg per square centimetre, keeping the element firmly attached under load.
