The VD Rubber Mount is engineered for effective shock absorption and vibration control. Thread sizes and load ratings span a wide range, from small fan feet through to heavier machine supports. Installation is straightforward—bolt to the base, level the machine and tighten—with no specialist tooling. The resilient element absorbs shock on start-up and shut-down as well as steady-state vibration, extending equipment life.

- Rubber and white galvanised steel parts to UNI-ISO 2081 form the elastic element.
- Service temperature runs from -40 °C up to +80 °C with reliable performance.
- For machines above 1200 rpm the mount keeps working effectively.
- About 40 kg/cm² of bond strength guards against separation under load.
- The element is pure natural rubber: ROHS compliant, with no reclaimed content.
- Grade 8.8 high-strength screws secure the fixing.
- Beyond the 48-hour norm, a 96-hour salt-spray rating protects the finish.
