Eco-friendly Moulding Industrial Shock Absorber Rubber Isolator Mount and Anti Vibration Rubber Mount
Installation is simple: bolt the mount to the base, level the machine and tighten, with no specialist tooling required. The resilient element absorbs shock at start-up and shut-down as well as steady-state vibration, extending equipment life. Typical duties include fans, pumps, motors, inverters and compressors in industrial and vehicle applications.
Key Features
- The elastic element is natural rubber, bonded to white galvanised steel parts made to UNI-ISO 2081.
- It runs across a wide -40 °C to +80 °C range, so cold stores and warm plant rooms are both covered.
- It is built for machinery above 1200 rpm, where simple pads lose their effectiveness.
- Keeping the element firmly attached under load is a rubber-to-metal bond of about 40 kg per square centimetre.
- Natural rubber (NR) is used all through — environmentally friendly, ROHS compliant and free of reclaimed material.
- High-strength grade 8.8 screws provide secure, repeatable fixing.
- The plated finish survives a 96-hour salt-spray test, double the 48-hour industry standard.
- For a long working life, the compound resists ageing, heat, tensile stress and wear.
