VD Mounts for Effective Shock Absorption and Vibration Control
Interchangeable parts make spares easy to stock and keep downtime low. Rubber anti-vibration mounts isolate industrial machinery and vehicles from the structures beneath them, reducing vibration, structure-borne noise and mechanical wear. A natural-rubber elastic element is bonded to white galvanised steel hardware to UNI-ISO 2081, producing a sturdy yet compliant mount.

- Performance covers a broad -40 °C to +80 °C band, from cold stores to warm plant rooms.
- Equipment turning above 1200 rpm is its specialty, where simple pads fall short.
- Rubber and metal are held together by a bond of about 40 kg per square centimetre, keeping the element secure under load.
- Throughout, natural rubber (NR) is used – environmentally friendly, ROHS compliant and free of reclaimed material.
- Secure, repeatable fixing is provided by high-strength grade 8.8 screws.
- A 96-hour salt-spray test is passed by the plated finish, double the 48-hour industry standard.
- Ageing, heat, tensile stress and wear are all resisted by the compound for a long working life.
