The natural-rubber compound resists oil mist, coolant and ageing, so the isolator keeps performing even in an oily plant room. A galvanised steel base plate spreads the load and protects the mounting surface while the bonded rubber element absorbs the vibration energy. Load ratings span light to medium compressors, and the fitted height can be trimmed on site to suit the actual machine base.
The simple geometry means the mount cannot be assembled incorrectly, which keeps field installation error-free. Static deflection stays almost constant over the working life, so the machine does not sink or drift out of alignment.
When a packaged unit is moved, the mounts travel with it and keep working without re-engineering the base. Because the parts are interchangeable, spares are easy to keep and downtime is minimal.

About This VV Rubber Mount
With a stud at each end, this VV mount clamps between the machine foot and the foundation, the classic layout for pumps, compressors and fan bases. Both studs use standard metric threads so retrofits are straightforward.
